"Gianna is the BEST!! I had reached out to several other insurance agency's with no success. By the time i got to Gianna, she was a breath of fresh air. "If you’re looking for an insurance agency that has your back and doesn’t treat you as just a number, Kimberly Bell State Farm is the place for you. I had an issue and was on a time crunch. I called and spoke to Lashawn. She was very helpful and kept good communication throughout the day. When I called back with updated info, Karen had read all the notes on my file and was able to help out. My final call was with Tam and he was able to get my policy completed without any difficulty. What I liked about this office, is that any agent was able to help out and I didn’t have to wait for a call back. They were all friendly, helpful and had all my info in detailed notes they kept in my file. I also felt that each agent cared that I was a valued customer, even though I was new to them and getting a new policy. Very happy with this agency!!!😊"
